All participants shall complete and sign the Liability Waiver and anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign their Liability Waiver A BOATERS SAFETY LICENSE REQUIRED: Anyone born after January 1, 1988, must have a valid Boating license. If you do not have one, you have 2 options: - Take the Temporary Boating Safety Education Certificate exam before your reservation. - Take the Temporary Boating Safety Education Certificate exam at the rental location with a short exam and the exam fee - Please plan to arrive earlier if you need to get that done before your tour.
